Brief / 3P was a conceptual employee appreciation reward system.

Problem / Pedla Consulting Group had the idea of an employee appreciation reward system but no idea on how it should be used. They asked me to use module concepts they had created and make it a cohesive and usable system with a focus on web usage.
Solution / Working closely with the Team Lead, we worked out a user experience flow that implemented all modules into the entire system. I created mock-ups from this point, and iterated on any design feedback I received. My focus was on making the system easy to use so that employees could redeem or schedule rewards with no problems.
