These were done in 2012 for a class at York University. We were to take a photocopy of something and then after reproducing it in Adobe Illustrator, take a part of it and abstract new forms from it.

These were all done last year for my Sketching Ideas class. Though named weirdly the course was pretty informative on how to represent information in different ways.

8-Bit Toronto

This was done to show Toronto in new ways. As I like video games I chose this retro feel.

Jailed Population by State

This shows the percentage of total population per state that is in jail.

Non-White Distribution in the United States

This was done on a country, state and congressional district level to show the overall non-white distribution in the states due to the preconception that Americans are white.

These are two Christmas Gifts I made for my friends.

2011 – Batman Vilians

I asked my friend’s which Batman villian was their favourite and did my own concept of them.

2012 – Planeswalkers

I asked my friends which colours in Magic: The Gathering they would use if they were a sorcerer in that universe. These are the concepts of what we would look like. Guess who uses what colours? (Finished in 2013. Very late Christmas present…)
